Users are responsible for:

  • All actions performed through their account
  • Ensuring that all connected third-party accounts are lawfully owned and authorized

 

4. Social Platforms & Third-Party Services

 

Our Services rely on third-party platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and Apple.

Pandora Konnect is not responsible for:

 

  • API changes or service interruptions
  • Account suspensions by third-party platforms
  • Enforcement of third-party terms or policies

 

Use of third-party platforms remains subject to their own terms.

 

5. User Content

 

Users retain ownership of all content they submit or publish.

By using the Services, users grant Pandora Konnect a limited, non-exclusive right to process and transmit content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

Users confirm that their content:

 

  • Complies with applicable laws
  • Does not infringe third-party rights
  • Complies with platform rules and content policies

  • Perform maintenance or upgrades
  • Suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse

 

8. Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pandora Konnect shall not be liable for:

 

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Third-party service outages or API limitations

 

9. Termination

 

Pandora Konnect may suspend or terminate access in case of violation of these Terms.

Users may stop using the Services at any time.

 

10. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of France.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Perpignan, France.
